The LRC also agreed, per SCAA-0014-2007, Item 6, to the following:

         1.  Steady night Foremen shall be notified by 12:00 P.M. of their work
              assignment.
         2.  Steady Day Foremen shall be notified by 3:00 P.M. of their work
              assignment.
         3.  All jobs not assigned to steady Foremen by the above times shall be
assigned to the Joint Foremen Dispatch Hall.
         4.  If the Employers feel a Steady Foremen is not working in their best interest,
a meeting shall be set up to address the issue as outlined in LRC Meeting
No. 0001-1988.  The Committee recognized that there will be times when
meetings outlined in LRC Meeting No. 0001-1988 will not be possible due
              to serious offenses.
         5.  All Steady Foremen shall be paid as outlined in LRC Meeting No. SCWB-
0012-2004 and agreed to in LRC Meeting NO. SCWB-0015-2004.
         6.  Steady Foremen shall be entitled to their six (6) days off per month per
Section 3.42 of the Foremen's Port Supplement.
A Steady Foreman assigned by the company but in need of a replacement, must call
the Dispatch Hall for their replacement.  Individual Foremen are responsible for call-
ing their own replacement.  In addition, Employers are not permitted to bypass the
Local 94 Dispatch Hall with late job call outs to their Steadies.  Steadies who are
marked "home" by their company will not accept a late job call out offered directly
from their company.  Such jobs must be placed, cleared, and dispatched through
  the Local 94 Dispatch Hall.
